Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Non Refundable Conference and Events Rate:
For the non-refundable bookings are no cancellation or changes possible. In case of a
cancellation,100% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee .
Standard Room Rate:
The cancellation is free of charge 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, after this time we
charge you first nights room rate/stay as cancellation fee, if we could not sell the room
more.
Group booking ( 3 rooms and more ):
Guests booking more than 3 rooms are required to cancelled or modified up to 30 days
before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or in case of no-show 2 weeks
before, 50% of the reservation will be charged. If a group member checks out early or
Cancels 100% of the first three days will be charged.
Important information : – The Lodge has neighbouring rooms, it is required that guests, particularly those in groups
are respective in regards to noise during the evenings. – No parties are allowed at the premises unless Authorised by Management. – Please note that the check-in time is After 2pm if fully booked the night before. Check out
time is 10:00am ; Late checkout to be pre authorised the night before. – Individual Guests are required to show a photo identification and Pay upfront upon check
in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges
may apply. – Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. Group reservation are to send
names and room allocations list before check in. The Group Facilitator is required to sing
the registration card on check in. – Private parking is possible on site. -Language Spoken: English and Chichewa. -Break and charge fee applicable to damaged Items. -Lodge does not accept any liability of Loss, theft, damage to personal property or deaths
or injuries on site. -Washing of cars to be Authorised by Management and indemnity/waver form to be signed.
